For more than 30 years, I was fortunate to hold numerous leadership roles across R&D, New Product Development and New Business Development for Dow Chemical, Dow AgroSciences and AgroFresh Solutions, serving the global pre-harvest and post-harvest Food and Agriculture sectors. The solutions spanned agronomic and horticultural crops, from grower to retailer, and included all activities from discovery to development and launch. I continue to feed my passion to serve the agricultural sector as a Board of Directors member, a Scientific Advisory Board member, or as a strategic advisor. For technology companies expanding globally, I am also serving as an international product development team leader where I build a sense of community and offer a comprehensive toolbox tailored to each company’s needs:
